Unfinished Book Cover for an Unfinished Book :)

mongolian has done it again :( it looks much happier in real life dont worry!

and it will be completed and given wings to fly off to its rightful owner

THIS IS LIKE THE PERFECT THING TO FINISH MY STORY. I LOVED IT SO MUCH AND NOW I JUST REMEMBERED HOW MUCH I LOVED IT. AND I JUST GOT ANOTHER BRILLIANT IDEA ABOUT THE STORY WHICH I KNOW YOU WILL LOVE AND WILL POST IT ON LAME TOMORROW.
HINT: It is AWESOME.

Nehhaaaaa I love it so much. I love the peaceful serene look on bhudda, and the crescent and star and rich velvety night sky peeking in the window, and the way the girl is sitting on the ground facing them, and I can just see the look of wonder in her eyes. I couldn't have have a better cover. honestly, I couldn't ever think up that meaningful and of a cover.

And like not even as a cover, just on its own, this painting is brilliant. it contains so many meanings and I could just looked at with pleasure all day.

And I love that along with the buddha, there's also the crescent and star. :)

In short, I LOVE YOU.

Neha, Okay I'm not done yet.

I love this so much because I really needed it. Like I needed this inspiration, this motivation. And I didn't know I needed it until I saw it.
And like, I feel on top of the world because I feel so joyfully excited about the story right now, and my head is racing with ideas, and that IS SUCH A GOOD FEELING.

A Zebra and A Hen

Once upon a time there was a zebra and a hen (they still are, but fairy tales are always told in past tense). They were both very, very lazy. And both were also somewhat ambitious and passionate. Being both lazy and ambitious is an excruciatingly painful experience for a person. And then when you add being passionate into the mix, one or the other has to win. So the battle between their lazy nature, and their ambitious nature began...with a passion. The result of this battle is still not known, but both the zebra and the hen have become quite aware of the battle, and have decided to test themselves.

Every 15 days they must achieve an achievement--which in this case comes in the shape of their art. The hen likes to doodle, and the zebra enjoys stretching the truth. Each must produce a piece of art--however inartistic--every two weeks. And what if they don't? Well laziness has won the battle, that's what.
